How to cancel Uber One in the UK

Steps

1. In the Uber (or Uber Eats) app, tap the account icon.
2. Tap Uber One.
3. Scroll and tap Manage Membership.
4. Select End Membership and follow the prompts.

Good to know

• Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid the next charge; inside 48 hours, contact support.
• Free-trial benefits end as soon as you cancel; paid memberships keep benefits until the end of the billing period.
• You can also cancel on the web at ubereats.com → Uber One → Manage Membership.
