How to cancel a PureGym membership in the UK

Steps

Log in to the PureGym Member's Area (website or app).
In 'Your Gym Pass' select Manage.
Select 'Freeze or Cancel Your Membership' and follow the cancellation steps.

Good to know

Cancel at least 4–5 working days before your next Direct Debit (PureGym's pages give both) to stop that payment.
Fixed-term memberships are cancelled by emailing member.services@puregym.com.
14-day cooling-off: full refund, less usage if you started straight away.
Freezing is an alternative (Core: £6.99/month; Plus: free for up to 3 months a year).
