How to cancel NOW (NOW TV) in the UK

Steps

Sign in on nowtv.com and open My Account → Membership & Payment (use a computer or tablet; the app can't cancel).
Select the membership you no longer want and click Cancel membership.
Follow the on-screen steps; you'll get a confirmation message and an email within 3 hours.

Good to know

Cancel each membership separately.
Minimum-term (Saver) plans keep billing until the term ends.
Paying through BT TV or EE TV? Cancel with them.
