How to cancel Netflix in the UK

Steps
- Sign in and go to the Manage your membership page (netflix.com/account).
- Select Cancel.
- Select Finish Cancellation. A confirmation email is sent to the account email.
Good to know
- Signing out or deleting the app does not cancel.
- You keep access until the end of the billing period.
- If there is no cancel option you are billed by a partner (e.g. your TV/mobile provider) – cancel with them.
- Alternative: pause for 1 month (not on Basic, not for Direct Debit or some partner payments).
