How to cancel Microsoft 365 in the UK

Steps

Go to account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the Microsoft account you bought it with.
Select Cancel subscription (may say Upgrade or Cancel).
Read the Please review section at the top of the page.
At the bottom select I don't want my subscription to finish cancelling.

Good to know

If you only see Turn on recurring billing, it's already set to expire and won't charge again.
Bought via Apple App Store, Google Play or a retailer (e.g. Amazon)? Cancel with them.
Storage drops to 5 GB cloud + 15 GB Outlook.com; over the limit you can't sync OneDrive or send/receive Outlook.com mail, and OneDrive may be deleted after 6 months.
Refund eligibility is only shown after you cancel.
