How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud in the UK

Steps

1. Sign in to your Adobe account (account.adobe.com).
2. In Plans and payment, select Manage plan for the plan to cancel.
3. Select Cancel your plan, check details, then Continue to cancel.
4. Choose a reason, Continue, review and select Confirm cancellation.

Good to know

• Annual plan paid monthly: full refund within 14 days of the initial order; after that a lump sum of 50% of the remaining contract obligation is charged.
• Each plan must be cancelled separately.
• Bought via Apple, Google or Microsoft? Cancel with them.
• You can't cancel while a payment is processing – wait 24 hours.
